What payment method do you accept?

We accept directly the following types of credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and all other major credit cards. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.

Do you automatically charge my card in the recurring plan?

All of our services having monthly/semiannually plans charge your card automatically at the end of the billing cycle. We use secure payment processor provided by Stripe.

Do you store my card information?

No. We don't get access to your card information. It will be stored directly to the Stripe through the script (code) it provides.

How do I download the receipt?

Receipts of your every transactions are downloadable anytime. Just go to Account > Payment history and download receipt from the table.

Can I change my credit card information?

You can change your name and expiry date of your credit card by logging in to our dashboard.

My payment was declined. Now what?

It may happen due to several reasons. You can try different card or contact us.

What if I want to change the plan to semiannually or annually?

You cannot change your plan by contacting the support. You have to choose the service package with available plans and purchase it from the dashboard. To do this, Login into dashboard, go to Account page and click Rent More Experts button. Select the experts > choose the plan & purchase.

I didn’t use my account this month, can I get a refund for the month?

We only offer refunds during the initial trial period and under certain situations. Unfortunately we can’t refund due to inactivity.

I just got billed even though I canceled? What do I do?

Please contact support immediately if you were erroneously billed after cancellation. Your cancellation request will be time stamped and recognized on the date/time that you submitted your request. Should you be billed after that date, you will be eligible for a refund.

How do I cancel?

Please login to your dashboard, Account > Active Experts and send the cancellation request.

Do you accept check, cash, money transfer, or Paypal?

We do not accept check, cash, money transfer, or Paypal as methods of payment. At the moment the only accepted form of payment is a verified credit or debit card.

Why am I being billed on a monthly basis?

DesignPac operates via a subscription model. In order to receive the benefits of submitting task requests whenever you want, for whatever you want, and as frequently as you want, a membership is required.
